Here is a one antenna solution the can be expanded in to a 2 separate Tv antenna system by adding a second antenna if required.

Above the roof install a Winegard HD7000R antenna with a Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamp , aimed at about 160 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

For 1 tv connected use no splitter.

For 2 tv's connected use a , HFS-2D , 2 way splitter.

For 3 Tv's connmected use a , HFS-3D , 3 way splitter.

Here are places to buy the HFS splitters , http://www.hollandelectronics.com , http://www.solidsignal.com.

Here are some above the roof antenna mounts , http://www.ronard.com/909911.html , http://www.ronard.com/34424560.html , http://www.ronard.com/ychim.html , http://www.ronard.com.

Buy the ronard antenna mounts at solidsignal by typing the word ronard in the solidsignal search box.

This 1 Tv antenna set up is to receive the Current Plus Pending Applications Included Digital Tv stations/channels , in the tvfool channel list , down to and including WOAI-TV NBC. In the the Green and Yellow and Red reception zones.

As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your house.

It is best to install the HD7000R antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstruction of all types and kinds in the directions of , north east , south east , south west.

The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for the Broadcast Tv Channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or ' Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.
After reading about the Winegard HD7000R antenna I couldn't find what the range was. Will this antenna allow to receive broadcasts from up to 50 miles away?
