No. You talking about stations that are over 114 miles from your antenna. The only way for you to receive them is for their signals to reflect from ionized layers of the Earth's atmosphere. When this happens, it is usually late at night or early in the morning. You may enjoy favorable atmospheric conditions while they last, but there is nothing that you can do to regularize these conditions.
Take a look at each of these model coverage maps for the stations that you want:
KPTW,
KCWY,
KGWC,
KTWO, and
KFNB. You see not a bit of signal from any of the Casper stations reaching Gillette. No antenna can receive a signal that is not there.
