As the situation is now with Aereo and the Tv Station Broadcasters.
Aereo is receiving and retransmitting the broadcast tv signals with out paying the broadcasters for the signals.
Some Tv broadcasters object to this saying it is theft of the Tv broadcasters service because Aereo is a business that makes a profit.
One solution is that Aereo pays the Tv broadcasters for retransmission rights.
Another solution is the Tv broadcasters pay Aereo to retransmit the Tv broadcasters signals.
Another solution is the Supreme Court rules that Aereo can continue with no changes.
I do not think that Aereo will just give up and go away.
I think it is in the Tv broadcasters best interest to have a business deal with Aereo.
