The antenna that Electron recommended will work. If you still feel the least bit handy, I recommend visiting
http://m4antenna.eastmasonvilleweather.com/index.html. The designs documented there evolved from the antenna you built, and could work very well for you. However, don't be tempted to try for WOWK on VHF channel 13. It's too weak for bowtie antennas to pick up.
