I would think that an Antennas Direct DB4E would serve you well. Aim it at about 30 degrees magnetic to start with.

You can also add their hi-vhf add-on kit if cbs on 12 is spotty.

Big thanks for the information! The CTV option is especially interesting since they have many channels available from their Jackson tower. However, they apparently charge $7 per month. That seems reasonable but how is it they can restrict someone from picking up the signals without subscribing? (Sorry if that's a dumb question but like I said, still learning about OTA services).
