help for fringe reception

Hi Everyone
I am new to this and is a first post.
I live 30Mi NE of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I have attached a radar profile of antennas serving the area. I would like to pick up the Toronto as well as Buffalo stations.
I am looking for suggestions on an Attic mounted unit that will pull in a decent digital picture from providers. I am mostly looking to get Hi Def quality from the UHF but if I can get the VHF in digital quality that would be great.
The attic is high and I was planning to suspend ant. from framing about 18ft above ground.
What would you do to get the best and most pictures?
Is there anything else I need in addition to antenna (besides the TVs of course.
I would like to feed 3 tvs is that possible? Is length or type of cable an issue?
The runs would be 30ft and 2 at 60ft each.
Thanks for any help you can offer
