I think the deciding factor between these two recommendations is WPXA, the ION station. Being the last network to arrive in many markets, ION usually ends up on a station located on the outskirts, and this is the case here. Electron's two-antenna recommendation will get you that station. Signals Unlimited's one-antenna recommendation will probably not pull it in reliably.
If you want ION programming, then we can discuss ways to save a few dollars. Electron's recommendation has you spending some money to get as close to "plug and play" as you can.
