I agree that the Winegard HD7697 or 7698 with a CM 7777 or 7778 would be better for you.

The 7698 antenna has more gain than the 7697, but it is bigger.

The 7777 preamp has more gain than the 7778, but it is more easily overloaded.

Only 12 ft high?
