Either the splitter is defective (swap ports to test), the cable to TV B is defective (substitute known good coax cable) or the tuner in TV A is a bit better for that particular channel (swap TVs in their location to test).

As far as the antenna and amp are concerned, the antenna is a poor performer on channel 7 and the amp has a very lousy noise figure on that channel.

Swap the CM antenna for a CM preamp (either one) and swap the WG amp for a WG 7697 or 7698 and you'd have a good combination. As it is, you've got the mediocre choice of both company's products for your particular situation.
