If you need or want a rotator, the Channel Master CM-9521A is probably the easiest to find at an affordable price. The NTE U-106 and matching TB-105 thrust bearing would be better in this case, as it would carry a heavy, long or wide antenna with far less chance of wind damage to the rotator housing. http://www.3starinc.com/antenna_rotors.html

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
