Maybe a RCA ANT751?
No, that would give him even less UHF reception.

A bigger antenna.
Maybe. Probably not needed, though.

Is there any better thing i can add to my setup to get more stations as well as PBS?
Most likely, you can get WPBA by simply moving the antenna. Try other heights on your existing mast by dropping the antenna a foot at time and retest. Try one of the other fence posts. WPBA is a relatively weak station with only 55 kW ERP as compared to the other full-power UHF stations that are up to 1 million watts ERP. It's also on a tower that's several hundred feet shorter than the "big boys" in Atlanta giving it a much smaller effective coverage area as well as having more difficulty adequately covering obstructed receiving locations. Such weak UHF signals are strongly affected first by terrain and then by other obstacles (buildings, trees, etc) out in front of the antenna.

Your photo shows what's behind the C2V, but it doesn't show what's actually important - the view TOWARDS the signal path. If you stand directly under the antenna and take a picture of what is directly out in front of the antenna, it would help more.

Is that an amp mounted at the level of the middle cross rail of the fence? If so, please identify it.

As for "more stations", which specific ones are you interested in?
