Looks like the Toronto and Buffalo stations are all within a few degrees of each other. That's great news because it means you can probably just point an antenna between them and get both sets of channels without ever having to adjust anything.

If you have the room, I'd suggest the Winegard HD8200U. It's a big antenna, but it does a great job on both VHF and UHF stations.

I would hold off trying to use an amp at first. See how much you get with the antenna itself, and split to your multiple TVs. The local analog broadcasts are still on the air (until August 31, 2011) and might be too much signal for some amps to handle. If you discover that the signals are not strong enough to get to all of your TVs, you can add an amp later.
