CBS and ABC are stronger than Fox and NBC which is consistent with your description.
I think remounting it higher has a good chance of helping if there are no trees or other buildings in the signal path.

Your signals are strong, the 7694 should be sufficient. If not, you could upgrade to the bigger 7697, but I would try a preamp first.

I would need to see some photos, but as a wild guess an eave mount with a 5 ft mast might work.
If you need to go higher, you could mount a 5 ft tripod mount on the roof and use a 10 ft mast, but this would be a roofers job and would require roof penetrations that can cause leaks.
Another option would be a mast with its base on the ground, fastened to the side of the house and the eaves, and extending above the roof.
The coax shield should be grounded with a grounding block that is connected to the house electrical system ground with 10 gauge copper wire for electrical safety and to reject interference. For further compliance with the electrical code (NEC), the mast should also be grounded in a similar manner to drain any buildup of static charge, but the system will not survive a direct strike.
You have some strong FM signals that might interfere with TV reception. If so, insert an FM filter between the antenna and the tuner. See attachment.
