An Antennas Direct CS-2v with the reflector screen removed could receive from the front and rear. With an ideal roof deck and shingles you can hope to receive all the green and yellow highlighted signals on your report.
In the attic, performance is going to be reduced as it gets wet. A load of wet snow will be challenging.
How many TVs are connected will determine what type amplifier would be best.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
