As ADTech responded already, it does look like WKOI is broadcasting from a tower very close to Hamilton. If you are close to this transmitter, then yes, the signal strengths will be quite strong.
The virtual channel number for WKEF has been fixed.
FYI, these changes should take effect immediately on any newly generated reports.
