You live north-ish of me.

ABC virtual 27, real 10, WHTM, may be a changing station to get, see http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=14736 It still having a 2 edge path at 60 feet means the path is very “edgy” at 16 feet. So a Y10-7-13 is probably called for to reliably get WHTM.
The terrain in that area does not play nice with reception. I would take the noise margin and power signal values on that plot with a grain of salt; anything on your TV fool plot that say 2 edge path is suspect because the model may not have accounted for terrain to reflect the real world.

Because of the 2edge path to WHTM even at 60’, and the 2edge path to Philadelphia at 60’, and the terrain between your reception location and transmitters, the best people on forums can do is make recommendations for what may work.

If you want KYW, CBS from Philadelphia, your best bet would be a high gain antenna, such as the db8e as high as you can get it, with the lowest noise high signal tolerant preamp you can get, such as the 10G201.
