Those signals in red will be tough to reliably receive. The strengths shown are single digits. An attic install is pretty questionable for that scenario as well. Of course, the best install is as high as you can go with a clear view of the horizon. Most installs are a compromise on that.
Do you know if the 50 is VHF capable? Hidden elements often hide that and you have to figure it out the hard way when the mfgr website doesn't call it out. Does NBC come in well? ABC is weak and being VHF, that could be the issue if the antenna isn't tuned for VHF-Hi.
