Tv antennas and Tv reception

The digital tv stations/channels at your location are Very Weak. Install a Winegard HD7698P antenna aimed at about 325 degree magnetic compass. Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html. Also install a Ultra Low Noise preamp , a http://www.kitztech.com , KT-200-COAX TV Antenna Booster Remote Power-Coax Fed. The amplifier unit Must Be mounted close to the antenna. The amplifier unit is not weather proof so it will need to be mounted in a box close to the antenna. The plastic or metal box can be open on the bottom , the amplifier unit will be up inside the box , the coax goes up inside the box from the open end bottom of the box. A long box from top to bottom is good because the amplifier unit will be 'Up Inside' protected from the weather. The amplifier unit needs to be close to the antenna so as to amplify the signal direct from the antenna and push the amplified signal through the 150 feet of coax. Here are places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.winegarddirect.com , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com , http://www.starkelectronic.com , http://www.3starinc.com.
