Looking at you TVF report... WABC and lower are not going to be reliable if you can see them at all. You can prove me wrong by manually aiming the antenna that way while setting things up.
You will have all the amplifier you need for a 4-way split.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
