Since you have that antenna, and although I'm not a fan of those flat designs, I'd try to see if it works given a better chance at reception. Did you mount it outdoors? And up high as possible? Or did you return it? I assume it's marked for a front and back even though it claims 360 degree coverage. Now you know the direction, you can try to aim it direct at the tower and set your TV to rescan channels. You may have to hunt for the sweet spot due west. Fox may be an issue as it's NE from your position. Since you are using an HTPC, you may have multiple tuners to make use of a 2nd antenna pointed at Fox. I use a pair of HD Homeruns in this manner and I let the software aggregate the channels as needed.
