Your HOA may think they can tell you not to install an antenna... But the FCC says different. The FCC OTARD rule protects your right to install and use an antenna for OTA TV reception, and specifically restricts the rights of the HOA. http://www.fcc.gov/guides/over-air-r...n-devices-rule

I'd suggest that you ground your outdoor antenna mast and the coax shield. http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=901 (see post #20 for a summary)

I see the Antennas Direct CS2-V and the Channel Master CM-2016 advertized on the Best Buy website...
