I have a portable handheld TV that works well for such things because it is small enough to take with you on the roof for signal hunting. It has a signal strength indicator setting with 5 levels. Not great but it is better than binary yes/no. Amazon has a bunch, but it is difficult to tell if they have a signal meter. Mine is a Haier I think.
