This is probably a result of the latest influx of Industry Canada data changes. All "OP" and "TO" records have been added to the "current" analysis. All "AU" and "AP" records have been added to the "pending" analysis.
It looks like CIVT-DT on channel 33 is an "AU" record, so it should be showing up in the "pending" list of channels.
If this transmitter is already live, then we can move it to the "current" database.
It will probably take a while to sort out which of the "AU" transmitters are already on the air. If anyone is aware of "AU" transmitters that are already live, then please let us know so we can update the lists. Please bear with us while these changes get worked in.
