That antenna is being imported by a local (to you) business and sold locally. There are no verifiable specifications so it's expected performance is unknown. It is extremely unlikely to be a better performer on UHF which is where your reported issue is at.
I'd simply move you existing antenna out of the attic and up in the air to a location where it has a good line of sight to the Buffalo stations.
