You seem to be pretty close to a lot of transmitters from all directions. The signals are rather strong, so I would recommend against any kind of antenna that includes an amp.
My initial recommendation would be the Winegard MS-1000. It's an omni-directional antenna that is non-amplified. It's still available from Solid Signal (
