John, thank you very much for all of your helpful replies. I just now tried to post again with all the details of what I've been doing to solve this issue, but when I clicked the Submit button, the system told me that I wasn't logged in (I *know* I was) and I lost the post.
I also posted a couple of evenings ago in response to your first post, but don't see that here yet, either. So I'm trying to post this brief message to let you know that I'm not ignoring you and that I'll try to post again later if I get this solved or need more help.
