Reception of KUSA, real ch9 will require quite a bit of effort.

This is a DX hobby situation that will need a very large antenna such as a Wade Diamond Quad which should be custom built and tuned to reduce the adjacent channel interference from KWYP, real ch8.

Personally, I would have a very difficult time putting so much money and effort into such a project due to the marginal chances for success. However, I could justify experimenting with a home built Rhombic or attempting to build a dual stacked array of Antennacraft Y10-7-13's. I have plugged in the coordinates from your last TVFR, using 80' the situation changes very little, but I would still mount as high as safety and budget would permit.
