The answer to your first questions is "It depends!" Canada is clearing out full-power broadcasting of any sort above channel 51. In addition, full-power stations in certain cities (mandatory markets) must go digital or go off the air by Sept. 1. Other stations have much more time. Go to the OTA forum for more.
