I',m not sure how... Few if any other locations are better served with OTA viewing options, and in this case, almost all from virtually one direction. The OP's reception opportunities and conditions are bordering on 'fantastic'.
What stations or programming would a rotator make available that the fixed aim antenna option does not offer?
