By typing call signs in to the google search box to find out more information about the stations , I see that KOAC-DT 7 PBS is a sister station of KEPB-DT 29 PBS and K14GW-D 14 Fox is a repeater for KSLR-DT 31 Fox. Both KEPB and KSLR are LOS = Line Of Sight at your location and easly received at your location. I am evaluating the rest of your information , you are all twisted up.
