The one nice thing about the RCA DTA800B1 is the signal strength meter on it (and the fact that you can store channels and rescan on the B1). I'd use the RCA DTA800B1 to point the antenna for the highest signal strength reading. And yes, otherwise it isn't the best converter box out there.
