Yes, that's a problem. One option is to use 3/2 wave length on the vector toward KOAM which would make the parallel boom spacing 93 3/8". (Do I hear an 'OUCH'?)

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
