There is no passive filter that can sense the difference between analog and digital.
You can filter VHF (analog and digital VHF will be effected) with an inexpensive UVSJ.
Connect your antenna to the UHF port. Terminate the VHF port with a 75 ohm termination resistor. Connect the receiver to the common port.
Expect about 20 to 30 dB of attenuation of the VHF signals with this arrangement.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
