If ABC from Philadelphia (WPVI) is important to you, then the YA1713 will not work, as it is designed only for channels 7-13. The HD8200u (with a rotor) should get you the NYC and Philly stations, but just. You will probably need a low-noise preamp to compensate for cable losses, too. Be prepared to still suffer dropouts due to the 2-edge paths you are dealing with.
