There is absolutely no point in using an all-channel antenna in this location. No amplifier will be needed, you have plenty of signal. In fact, an amplifier will likely overload since you're less than 3 miles from KOMU's tower. You also don't need a rotor.

You need an simple high-VHF antenna (a dipole would probably work) pointed towards Jeff City for channels 8 (on Hwy 63 about 5 miles south of Stadium) and 13 (Holt's Summit/New Bloomfield) and a simple UHF antenna (small Yagi/2-bay/loop) pointed towards Truman Lake for everything else. Combine them with a simple UHF/VHF antenna combiner. That will get you all your local channels that you asked for. I would also recommend that you also add an FM filter (possibly two) to your down-lead as you have several 100kW FM stations nearby.

A dish mount on the south side of your home sounds promising.
