Winegard HD700R or Antennacraft AC9 pointed toward 342° compass, gets a full line up and FM.
You don't need any amplifiers, there's enough signal power to split 4 ways after a 100' run of coax.
You will need a separate wire or commercial built AM loop... depending on your receiver design.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
