Your report indicates 8 feet AGL. You can try an inexpensive non-amplified indoor antenna, though I expect you will have some trouble with reliable reception especially if your home is constructed of materials which reflect or absorb television signals.

However, a Winegard HD7694P mounted on your roof or chimney, aimed at about 120° compass will provide a long list of programing choices.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
