The math says CS-5 will likely do what you want. You may have trouble with signal fading due to the edge paths, but you won't know till you put an antenna up. Normally I would like a bit better cushion.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
