I had suggested the Winegard HD5030 for that reason. I have not been able to find gain specifications for the CM3671 though I would expect the VHF performance of both antennas to be similar.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
