Thanks for posting your TVF Report.
Yes... confirm the aim. Panel style antennas should 'face' the transmitter they are aimed at.

Did you use the matching transformer (balun) supplied with the DB-2? Do you have any reused or salvaged parts in the system? Did you have to install coax connectors on any of the cables in your system? What about the previous questions?
As you look at your TVF Report, the second column titled 'Real' lists the RF channel number the station is broadcast on. Chanel numbers 7 through 13 are known as High-VHF channels. Each of the stations you listed are in that band.
I would expect to need a H-VHF antenna in addition to the UHF only DB-2 (a good choice for your location). I'm thinking an
Antennacraft Y5713 which can be combined into the existing coax with a UVSJ.
To keep things compact you could simply switch to a combination (dual-band) antenna like the Antennacraft or HBU-33.
Until you sort out the problem with the existing antenna, don't rush out and buy another antenna though. If mounted outside, facing NW, the DB-2 should receive all of the UHF channels from the top of your report down to WPXC with one possible exception, WQXT.
You say the DB-2 is inside, have you tried it outside?
