The 4228 is a very good antenna. However it may not be the
best choice in your situation. The 4228 is UHF only and will
not work well on those Hi VHF channels. With that said, I'd
certainly give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised. You
may be able to direct one of the panels towards the CN tower
in Toronto and the other, South, towards Kitchener/London
transmitters. Let us know if you have further questions as
