I have never seen a report with signals that strong.

The FCC says you CAN put an antenna outside, no matter what the HOA says, but you might not want to make an issue out of it.

But you probably don't need an outside antenna because of a lot of signals highlighted in red indicating possible overload according to tvfool definitions. However, the report assumes your antenna will be outside and in the clear.

ADTech will tell you that your signals might not be as strong as listed because when you are so close to the towers, the strongest part of the beam is well above your location.
