Menards (also here in St Louis) carries the RCA ANT751R which is what Denny's sells as his "EZ-HD" for $60. They come off the same assembly line at Winegard who manufactures them under contract.
That antenna is basically a Winegard HD7000 with the long low VHF element deleted or modified. Since the HD7000 is discontinued, it's extremely hard to find.
