I recently moved to a new construction apartment building in La Mesa. CA. My apartment is on the 3rd floor. I have my antenna on the balcony approx. 30 ft high.

I bought a new Insignia HD TV. I have a Clear stream 2V antenna. I have installed an FM trap that I bought from radioshack

I hooked up the antenna to the new tv and get over 30 channels a lot in Spanish.

The channels that I am interested in are 6, 8, 10, 15, 39. 51, and 69.

With this set up, with the anntenna pointed at 292, I get pixelated pictures on 15, 39 and 69.

I am mostly interested in receiving channels 8 and 10 which currently do not come in at all.

I was hoping to get some help with my reception.
