WBIQ dropped back to 10 real after the deadline. I don't know why.
One more note: WBIQ's analog channel was 10 and their interim DTV channel was 53. Since 53 was beyond the future TV spectrum (currently ends with 51), WBIQ had the choice of reusing equpiment for operating on 10 or building yet another facility for another channel. Looks like they tried to make a go of it on 10.
