It's a good thing you have a rotor with those different directions. I hope your tuner can add a channel after scan.

The Winegard HD7694P looks right for you.

If it can't add a channel, you get tired of waiting for the rotor to aim the antenna, you have more than one TV, or you need to do unattended recording, you would need a very complex antenna system like a CATV tower.
