Trying to sort out my options.
I ran the TV Signal Analysis report linked below:
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...82307fd648cb49
Channels I'm interested in are:
7 (7.1)
11 (11.1)
13 (13.1)
9 (9.1)
31 (5.1)
36 (4.1)
43 (2.1)
I picked up a Mohu Leaf 60 mile to play with. Channel 7 is not detectable when running a scan on the TV. Channel 43 (2.1) comes in but pixelates and the sound breaks breaks up. The other channels look fine.
I live in a HOA that, right or wrong, disallows antennas. The house faces South and the transmitters are to the North. Behind the house is a park full of trees. I may be able to get away with something discrete like the RCA ANT751 mounted to the eave on the back of the house. The Mohu thing is currently in a window a few feet below where that antenna could be mounted.
There is no attic space for an antenna.
Do you think I would be wasting my time trying the RCA ANT751? Is there a better alternative that would also be unlikely to attract attention from the HOA Police?
I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions you have.
