It looks like you are either in a ravine or have rising terrain south of your location. You are in a fairly deep 'shadow' of the terrain between you and Seattle. To be successful receiving the stations you named, you will need to be a bit aggressive. An attic mount has very little chance of success.

I would recommend an Antennas Direct 91XG and an Antennacraft Y10713. Mount the 91XG as high as posssible, aimed at 180° (compass). Mount the Y10713 4 to 6 feet below the 91XG, aiming at 207° (compass).

Combine the two antennas with a high input preamp http://www.antennacraft.net/Antennas...mplifiers.html 10G221

The receivers you mention should be digital OTA capable. Windows 7 Home premium includes Home theater PC software with DVR capability. External tuners work well with W-7 http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=820

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
