It's a bit of a long shot but look for a usable signal on real CH-22. If your UHF antenna can pull it out of the mud, it's an identical version of the programming on real CH-13.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
