Do I need both DB8e and Antennacraft Y10713 or either one would do? Do I need a pre amp if using both antenna or just one?

No, I get the most view from the fence but not 100% clear. There are trees and side of another house blocks the view.
I am thinking of getting a longer pole since I am afraid of being on the roof of a 2 story house.
